How to make Pp Pe nylon rope from particle material

PP PE nylon rope generally includes 3-strand rope, 4-strand rope, and woven rope. This article analyzes how to produce ropes through machines based on the popular 3-strand rope and 4-strand rope.

Taking monofilament rope as an example, for ropes below 8mm, we need an extruder to process the granular material into fibers. After processing the fibers, place the yarn tube on the rope making machine to make the rope, as shown in the following figure.
