This model represents the final iteration of the CNRM series twister winder. Adopting the two-for-one twisting mechanism, it is engineered to manufacture twisted yarns and twines from natural, synthetic or blended fibers, with a linear density coverage ranging from 5,000 to 120,000 deniers.
Fed from yarn spools and bobbins, the unit accommodates spool production sizes from a minimum of 4”×4” up to a maximum of 12”×12”. It is fitted with AC main drive motors and features dual mandrel configurations: a multi-core design for spools with inner tubes, and structure for tubeless spool forming.
Traverse screw assemblies are offered in specifications spanning 4 inches to 12 inches.
